Mark Booth |
|
Mark Booth founded BRM as a Director in July 1995. He has held senior executive positions in the public and private sector and consults to private and public sector organisations. Click here to find out more.
He has served on a number of public and private sector boards and committees, including as Chairman of the Southern Region Waste Resource Authority, a public sector waste management authority, as independent Chairman of Kain C+C Lawyers, and as a member of two public sector audit committees (City of Port Adelaide Enfield and Roxby Downs Council).
Mark is married with three children. A keen sportsman Mark enjoys most sports and is actively involved in cycling, surfing (despite his lack of ability) and keeping up with his childrens latest sporting passion. He is a avid Manchester United supporter and follows the Adelaide Crows.
Mark is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Law Council of Australia and he is an Affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Aaron Read |

Aaron Read, a Chartered Accountant, joined BRM as a Director in March 2007. Click here to find out more.
Aaron has an extensive financial background in both accounting public practice and commerce, his core skills include:
- Financial and tax accounting and associated issues;
- Management accounting, budgeting, cashflow and reporting;
- Financial modelling; and
- Design and implementation of Management Reporting Models.
Aaron has also prepared and presented technical seminars for the Taxation Institute of Australia and Business SA.
Aaron’s technical accounting skills were developed while studying his B.Com and then put into practice through his employment of nearly seven years with a large accounting firm.
Aaron has successfully applied his core public practice accounting skills to the commercial environment where he has held senior management positions in the professional services sector. Aaron’s clients benefit from the practical application of his financial management skills and he consults to a wide range of clients.
Aaron contributes in a voluntary capacity as Chairman of the Prince Alfred Old Collegians Cricket Club and previously as Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Adelaide Turf Cricket Association.
Aaron is married with two daughter's. In what free time remains, Aaron is a passionate Adelaide Crows fan and cricket enthusiast, playing with varying degrees of success as an attacking right hand batsman.

Geoff Holdich |

For many years Geoff was a partner in PKF in Alice Springs & Adelaide. As Managing Partner of PKF he was responsible for five offices in SA & NT and served on PKF's National Council. He remains associated with PKF by providing them with practice management advice on a regular basis.
Since 1993 Geoff has conducted business on his own account. His clients include six professional practices which benefit from his years in the profession.
Geoff is particularly interested in working with clients who own and operate their own businesses.He provides the usual range of services expected of a Chartered Accountant, as well as specialist services in financial strategy and career interruption counselling.

David Gagliardi |

David Gagliardi joined BRM Holdich in September 2009. He is a Chartered Accountant and brings experience gained in a large accounting firm.Click here to find out more.
His skills were developed within the Assurance and Advisory sectors, having obtained experience in a number of areas including:
- the performance of publicly listed company audits
- financial modeling
- preparing improvement recommendation reports
- providing guidance to clients on complex accounting matters; and
- leading and managing teams from planning through to project completion.
David has a strong passion for working with people and business, always striving to provide an excellent service that tailors advice to suit one’s unique commercial needs.
He has also contributed to various CA training functions, having compered CA Interview Workshops.
Outside of work, his interests lay mainly in the sporting arena. He is a member of the Rostrevor Old Collegians Soccer Club, and enjoys participating in both 7 a-side soccer and Futsal competitions during the off season.
David possesses a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance and Accounting) from the University of Adelaide and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia

Nicola is a talented communicator with recent local government research and data analysis experience. She has considerable experience in the United Kingdom where she successfully managed corporate IT communication and training projects for 10,000 engineers. A customer and business focused professional who always strives to provide excellent service to customers and employees.
Nicola is married with two children. With her husband, Nicola enjoys renovation, travel, outdoor activities and dining out. Nicola is a rugby union fan and general sports enthusiast.

Len Frankham |

Len is a former State President of CPA Australia and has had extensive involvement in the management of charitable organisations. Click here to find out more.
Len Frankham is an experienced accountant, company secretary and company director. He is a Fellow CPA, a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a JP. He is a former State President of CPA Australia.
Len had 30 years experience in the Adelaide office of the Seven Network, the last 18 years of which were in the position of Commercial Manager. His responsibilities over that period included accounting and finance, company secretarial, human resource management and general management.
Since leaving Channel Seven he has worked in public practice and has experience in audit, tax, superannuation funds and career interruption counselling. Len has had extensive involvement in the management of charitable organisations and is currently on the Boards of Helping Hand Aged Care Inc, and the Channel Seven Children's Research Foundation.

Lyn holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and is a qualified Conveyancer.
For the last 16 years Lyn has worked in Accounting practices in a wide variety of roles particularly involving taxation and administration matters. Prior to this she was a self employed Conveyancer (Land Broker) and worked as a para-legal.
Lyn enjoys the opportunity to assist our clients to ease the burden of complying and understanding the complex taxation laws particularly for salary and wage earners, rental property investments and small businesses.
Married with two children, Lyn is an active tenpin bowler and has represented SA at National Championships on several occasions. Lyn is also Secretary of the Executive Committee of her local bowling association and a delegate to the SA Tenpin Association
